We're signing Katie up for dance classes tomorrow.  She's so excited.  All 3 girls have little leotards that they love to wear while dancing around the living room.

Katie - we are on "take 2" of operation stop the thumb sucking and it seems to be working! She hasn't sucked her thumb at all in days. She is working towards getting her very own Nala (from the lion king) stuffed animal. The downside is, no thumb sucking = no nap! I'm still trying, everyday I try to get her to nap, but so far it is not working :(

Lila - wants to be just like her big sister and she is interested in the potty, although, we are still a long way from potty training.

Julia - I can't take my eyes off this girl, nor can I leave her within reach of any kind of writing utensil. I now understand the importance of washable crayons, markers, etc!

Uh Oh! Here comes trouble! I think little miss Julia is going to give us a run for our money. She knew the keyboard was hiding under the table, so she rolled right over to it, pulled it out, and started typing away. She can't even crawl yet, but when she knows what she wants, watch out because she will find a way to get it! She is going to get away with a lot too because she is so adorable! How can you resist that cute little smile.

A New Beginning...

Well, I've decided to start blogging about our life. I never pictured myself as a blogger, but then I decided why not. Actually, I seems to be saying "why not?" a lot lately, maybe it's in response to hearing a two year old ask "why?" all the time. I'm already getting sick of that question and it's only been a few weeks. Does she even know what it means? Where did she learn this obnoxious word? Well, anyway...back to blogging. It's ground hog day and Puxsatawny Phil did not see his shadow so spring is coming. I'm definitely ready for some spring weather. It's been way too cold. Part of the reason we moved south was to stay warm, right? It's been too cold and I'm ready to take the kids outside and enjoy some nice weather. So I hope little P-Phil was right.
